The lot sits on a slight curve, making the lot wider than the usual dimensions and the size is listed as 66’ x 115’. I’ve tried to show how nicely situated the home is; the house next door is quite distant compared to others in the park and allows an excellent degree of privacy.
The owner’s CBS home is slated for completion in July, although there are usually delays with the final punch list, so they want to postpone possession until 9/1 or 10/1.
The primary selling point is the lakefront location and the large shade tree in the backyard. The views from both the master bedroom bay window and the Florida room are breathtaking, and the sun sets over the lake for much of the year.
