I too, live in this 55+community and would love to show you around all our lovely amenities that are included in this private Golf Course, park-like community. Some days you may want to play Tennis, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Baseball, Basketball, Shuffle ball, etc. Then the activities list goes on forever, so many different groups to join, cards, bingo, pool tables for fun and leagues, arts & crafts, woodworking, ceramics, painting, dancing, singing, swimming, etc. Always social nights in the auditorium for parties, gatherings, fun, shows, meet & greet nights, Friday night socials, etc. Longevity center on premises gym, 2 heated pools, sauna, our private lunch grill, Monday-Friday, etc. I’ll be happy to take you on a full tour of our fantastic community.
This home needs some TLC! Brand new Central Air Unit as of Jan. 2019. Manufactured House set back on a large plot of leased land, on a private cul-de-sac, extra-long driveway, Hugh shed for storage and workbench. Nice size Florida room with access to the side yard. Plenty of room under the spacious carport for BBQ, table and chairs. The house has a solid foundation of brick which is a great plus. Hurricane shutters for the windows.
Inside has plenty of storage and closet space. The layout is very open and inviting as you come through the front door into the living room, dining room has a built-in cabinet with matching dining room table and chairs, (2 leafs included), into the open kitchen complete with center island, next to the den is a small built-in bar area for entertaining. Washer and Dryer located by the backdoor area, with more closet and storage space. The guest bathroom (tub-shower combo) has a door in the hallway, and also out into the guest bedroom, which has a large walk-in closet. The Master Bedroom is located at the back of the house, with sliding mirror doors on a large closet, and a bathroom suite. Double sinks, separate shower, and a large Jacuzzi tub. This Property is located in a NO Pet area unless you have a service/companion dog with papers. Community Water paid once yearly is $279. A Lot Fee of $640.00 monthly, includes lawn maintenance, trash/recycling pick up, all the community amenities and free golf here. Everyone must do a financial/criminal background check required by Spanish Lakes that is Non-refundable at $100.
